Aluminum, as the main material for the collectors is produced in our factory, is formed and stained with a high aspirated plate.

The special glass we used in our collectors is 4 mm. to increase the efficiency. It keeps the product resistant to physical factors.

In order to prevent the contact of panel with the air and in order to keep hot water continuation, we use ultraviolet resistant glass gasket and tailor which are enduring in summer and winter.

Electrostatic powder die is used for paneling to keep the collector body safe longer. Sub plate made of embossed galvanized metal sheet at the bottom layer is used for corrosion resistance.

The bottom layers of the panels are isolated with 50 mm. glass wool or polyurethane.

It is possible to change the panel glasses in a few minutes with the help of a special lath.

At the end of assembling, every product is tested one by one. A failed product is never presented to the customer.

Our systems are designed according to 9 bar pressure and if needed it works between

-30 and +200 by using glucose.

One-piece rubber (prevents leakage).
